EFT Tapping Script: Reigniting Passion

  1. Identify the issue: Before starting the session, identify the primary issue or emotion that dampens your passion. It could be stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, guilt, or body image issues.
  2. Rate your emotional intensity: On a scale from 1-10, rate the intensity of your emotion.
  3. The Setup: Begin by tapping the karate chop point (located on the outer side of your hand, below the pinky finger) while saying your setup statement three times: “Even though I am struggling with (issue), I deeply and completely accept myself.”
  4. The Tapping Sequence (repeat 6 times):
    • Start at the top of your head (TOH): “This feeling of (issue) is overwhelming.”
    • Between your eyebrows (EB): “I acknowledge this lack of passion.”
    • Side of your eyes (SE): “This feeling drains my vitality.”
    • Under your eyes (UE): “I am overwhelmed by (issue).”
    • Under your nose (UN): “I feel so disconnected.”
    • Chin point (CH): “This (issue) holds me back.”
    • Collarbone point (CB): “I want to release this (issue).”
    • Underarm point (UA): “I am ready to rediscover my passion.”

Take a deep breath: Pause, take a deep breath, and again rate your emotional intensity on a scale of 1-10.

Positive affirmation: Once you’ve managed to lower your emotional intensity, instill positivity and passion with a new tapping sequence (repeat 6 times) like:

    • TOH: “I am choosing to feel passionate.”
    • EB: “I am open to feeling love and connection.”
    • SE: “I am releasing the barriers to my passion.”
    • UE: “I am embracing my vitality.”
    • UN: “I am worthy of passion and love.”
    • CH: “I am reclaiming my zest for life.”
    • CB: “I am open to all the joys of a passionate life.”
    • UA: “I am passionate, I am loved, I am alive.”
